Exploring Grief Together
An Art of Grief workshop or event offers a creative outlet for processing emotions, expressing loss, and fostering well being.
The Art of Grief provides a creative space for individuals experiencing grief. The program’s mission is to help participants express their grief, explore different art mediums, and connect with others on their journey. Through art, community-building exercises, movement, breathing and reflection, the program aims to offer solace and strength to those who have experienced loss.
Art supplies are included most of which were donated from MECCA.
Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and any personal items or photographs to
co-create a community altar.

Workshops in the past have been held at the City of Eugene's historic venue
The Mcnail Riley House
